Previously comprised of two single-floor apartments and an unused attic, this project altered the plan to
divide the building into front and back units. In so doing, each apartment contains a more spatious and open
living level, as well as two bedrooms and one and a half baths. The front unit extends to a third floor loft and
roof deck, providing downtown views. The back unit opens to a private courtyard.
