This project transformed a formerly condemned fire-gutted building into a showplace. New kitchens, baths, windows
and all systems were all added while charred joists and floors were replaced as the entire roof structure reconstructed.
The ground floor garden apartment is multi-leveled, with 12 foot ceilings, exposed brick, efficient layout and innovative
built-ins and storage. The upper unit has open angled walls, locally harvested hickory floors, open stairway and a cut-out
roof deck with a city view. Its kitchen has modern cabinets, white terrazzo countertops and a mosaic glass backsplash.
