Located a few blocks from the Art Academy of Cincinnati, the concept for the renovation of this four story apartment
building caters to emerging artists. The ground level of the building contains an open courtyard that
serves as the center of life for this building. This level also contains four artist studios, a laundry room and a bike storage room.
The second and third floors are each comprised of two efficiency apartments, with built-in cabinets housing the
functions of kitchen, media, and storage. The fourth floor contains two apartments featuring an open loft
bedroom with walk-in closet. A shared deck spans the well light at each of the upper levels.
