Built in 1875, the Belmain is a five story building containing four levels of residential units over a ground-level
commercial space. The scope of work entailed restoring the building's exterior while transforming the interior.
Each of the 16 existing apartments were redesigned into spacious, modern living units. An elevator shaft was inserted
into an existing light well, making each floor easily accessible.
