Our scope of work for this ground-up medical office building included site design, programmning, design and
construction documents. The program called for a two story building, with our client occupying the ground floor while
the second floor is leased to another medical office. The first floor contains a reception area, offices, examination
rooms, x-ray room, employee breakroom, and restrooms. The success of this project has led to an on-going working
relationship with the client on future projects.
