This project involves adding a sunroom and full bath to an existing Dutch Colonial situated on a long, narrow lot. The
design strategy centers around providing views and access to the backyard while providing privacy from adjacent
neighbors. To achieve this, floor-to-ceiling doors and windows open on to a deck off the end wall of the addition.
Along the side walls, clerestory windows provide daylight while limiting views of neighbors.
