Formerly a light-industrial warehouse, this project involved transforming the upper levels into a livable singe-family
residence. The main level includes an open living, dining and kitchen area, plus a guest bedroom with full bath.
A new sculptural stair, leading to the second level master bedroom suite, also serves as a light well. The stair contintues
up to a new third-level penthouse and roof deck, offering views of the Cincinnati skyline.
