Full renovation of existing dilapidated 2-family side-by-side townhouse, including full structural & foundation mitigation and extensive site work, allowing for rear parking. As both developer and architect, I worked with buyers in all plan modifications and finishes. Existing stairways, fireplace mantles and arched windows were restored. Modern kitchens and luxurious master bathrooms and new hardwood flooring throughout.
